周峰越简介

周峰越，男，教授，博士生导师，注册城市规划师，(美)圣何塞大学访问学者。曾主持、参与海南、江苏、云南等地城市设计、建筑设计、景观设计项目数十项。2006年在国内首次提出“小街区”城市设计理念并在昆明实施，并设计建成国内首座“百湖城市”呈贡新城,也是国内“海绵城市”范例之一。2011年获国家科技部颁发的先进个人奖。

出版学术专著3部:著《营国--城市规划建设管理实践与思考》(复旦大学出版社)，主编《规划昆明》(云南人民出版社)，主编《昆明市挂牌保护历史建筑》(云南大学出版社)。主持省级以上课题项目10余项，发表学术论文40余篇。环境设计专业国家一流专业建设点负责人，云南省学位委员会研究生导师团队新型城镇化与城市设计带头人，主讲课程获省级一流精品课程。

兼任云南省高等教育学会副理事长，中国乡村建设高校联盟理事，《云南建筑》期刊顾问编委，云南省土地成片开发技术咨询专家库专家，昆明理工大学云南乡村振兴学院院长。

研究方向:城市设计与新型城镇化、城乡人居环境设计、城市旧区更新设计、乡村振兴。

Professor Zhou Fengyue, Ph.D., is a doctoral supervisor, a registered urban planner, and a visiting scholar at San Jose University, CA.

Professor Zhou has presided over and participated in dozens of urban, architectural, and landscape design projects in Hainan Province, Jiangsu Province, Yunnan Province, etc. In 2006, He first proposed the concept of "Small Blocks" in urban design in China and implemented it in Kunming. Then, he designed and built the first "100-lake city," Chenggong New City, China, which is also one of China's "Sponge City" examples. In 2011, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China awarded him the Outstanding Individual Award.

Professor Zhou has published three academic monographs: "Ying Guo - Practice and Reflections on Urban Planning and Construction Management" (Fudan University Press), edited "Planning Kunming" (Yunnan People's Press), and edited "Kunming's Listed Historic Buildings" (Yunnan University Press). He has presided over more than ten projects at the provincial level and published more than 40 academic papers. He is in charge of the national first-class major in environmental design and the leader of the new urbanization and urban design of the postgraduate supervisor team of the Yunnan Provincial Degree Committee; his lecture course won the provincial first-class excellent course.

Professor Zhou is also the vice chairman of the Research Institute of Higher Education in Yunnan universities, the director of China Rural Construction University Alliance, the consultant editorial member of Yunnan Architecture journal, the professional consultation for land development in Yunnan Province, and the director of Yunnan Rural Revitalization in Kunming University of Science and Technology.

Fields of research: Urban design and new urbanization, design of urban and rural human settlements, renewal design of old urban areas, and rural revitalization.
